Quotations & PricingEvery property is unique, which is why our quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking.Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, accessibility, and specific requirements of the property. Any additional work requested during the appointment may result in additional charges, which will always be discussed before work continues.3. Payment TermsPayment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept bank transfer, cash, and other approved payment methods. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges or the suspension of future bookings.4. Cancellations & ReschedulingWe understand that plans can change.Clients are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.Velour Clean LTD reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, severe weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.5. Property AccessTo ensure a smooth service experience, clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time.If our cleaning team is unable to gain access upon arrival, a call-out fee may apply. Clients are responsible for securing valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before the cleaning service begins.6. Cleaning Products & EquipmentVelour Clean LTD may provide professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.Eco-friendly cleaning solutions are available upon request. Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special surface-care requirements.7. Damage & LiabilityOur cleaning professionals treat every property with the highest level of care and respect.Any concerns regarding accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed. Velour Clean LTD cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, faulty fixtures, or items that have not been properly secured.Our liability shall be limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.8. Health & SafetyThe safety of both our clients and staff is extremely important.Clients must provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services where conditions are considered unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for our team.9. Customer SatisfactionCustomer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will carefully review your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange a revisit to address any issues.10. Privacy & ConfidentialityVelour Clean LTD respects the privacy of all clients.Any personal information shared with us will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of providing our services.
